I have used the washer and dryer about 7 times since installed and both units have done a good job. Installers did a great job installing the products. They were not helpful in-regards to connecting to the app/internet, I had to show them how to connect. One of the installers did not care and the other was supersized how easy it was to perform connection to the app/internet.

This process has been frustrating. My washer and dryer were delivered and to be in stalled 9 days ago. That installer said the washer needed to be reordered because he could not pull a plug off and that I needed a special attachment for my dryer vent. Done to the reorder, the earliest they could schedule to come back was 9 days later. This crew found no issue with the washer and pulled the plug out with no problem, not needing to use the reordered washer. The dryer in fact did not need a special attachment and was installed. I’m rating 5 stars for the last installers, definitely not the first!

The dryer that was delivered looks like a scratch-and-dent model. It has scratches all over the top and multiple dings, many of which have paint stuck in the corners of the unit. I am guessing these were from somewhere in our house, unless they were before arrival. The dryer is also clearly not leveled, with a slight bit of weight on one side, which tilts it forward. I have tried to send emails (they only send from NO REPLY addresses), place phone calls (brace yourself for automated system madness), use their useless "chatbot" that does NOTHING, and even stopped by my local store to talk about this, but was sent away with a card and another 1800 number to call. I have wasted so much time regarding these appliances I purchased that I will surely never do this kind of purchase at Best Buy in the future. Our delivery date was changed on the day of the washing machine's initial delivery. We were not there on the day of the dryer delivery and had a neighbor take care of it. We had no idea it would be this difficult to get help from a place we spent 1000+ dollars with for new appliances. For the washer delivery, they almost didn't install it, cause they were "unable" to loosen the water connections. I had to do it myself. This is what we paid for. We paid extra to have them come, and we had to break loose the hoses, or they were going to take the washing machine back with them. This is our first and last time buying from Best Buy with installation services.

This product was installed in November 2024. The installers were very professional. To date, the product has performed very well, and my wife and I are pleased with the purchase. We highly recommend Best Buy Installation.

The installation was quick and effective. I have not had any issues with the product since it was installed about 8 months ago. For large purchases, the installation helps with peace of mind to know that it will be set up correctly the first time.

This was the "initial" delivery and installation. The products were delivered as promised, however, the right hand venting was not included. The installation team was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Although the incorrect venting was supplied with the initial delivery, they did their best to help me get the "correct" venting installed. Unfortunately, it took some extra time to get the venting kit and then have it installed. In the end, it all worked out thanks to the help of the installation department.

We purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer set for Mom for Christmas. The install team was exceptionally cheerful, kind and professional. Because we were able to check all the boxes on the BB prep list, the technicians were able to quickly set up the washer and dryer and even stayed to make certain it would operate correctly. They balanced both perfectly, which allows them to run very quietly. We even called BB to make sure the install team was recognized for their outstanding performance.

He set it up just fine, but right off the bat he said he couldn't install the vent I purchased with it because it went too far up into the ceiling. Then he detached the power cord off my old unit and attached it to the new unit, instead of installing the new one I purchased (not sure if he thought I didn't see that... and he didn't leave me the new one to return). Then he said I hadn't purchased the better stainless steel hose for the steam function, which wasn't even offered to me as an option at purchase, but made it seem like it was a favor to upgrade me to the stainless steel over the "rubber" one that comes with the install kit.

The installers were friendly and courteous. They put the entire vent hose onto the dryer, when they probably should have cut some length out of it. They also crumpled the end of it a bit, making for less smooth and slightly restricted air flow. Also, be sure to request the old dryer to be hauled off while purchasing at Best Buy. I thought someone might want my old dryer, but they did not. So when the installers showed up, I asked if they would take it. They said they could not if it were not pre-arranged. Just an FYI there. Overall, the installation works, and the dryer functions well. One more thing...check and clean your dryer vent all the way to the exhaust. Mine was like a clogged artery and nearly caused my old dryer to catch fire! I"m going to check and clean that vent at least anually.

The installation guys were fast and efficient. Obviously knew what they were doing and capable. They removed the old appliance, gave us the opportunity to clean underneath before installing the new one. All in under 30 minutes.

Great product for a small space. Smaller loads as to be expected with a smaller unit.

The team that installed my Samsung dryer went a little beyond what I expected. I had a mouse problem, and found that person that had installed my wood flooring in utility room, left hole open to my crawl space in the drip tray under my old washer (should have had a hose attached.) So I got some steel wool to plug up the hole, and they taped over it with strong tape. Had set traps week before to resolve the mouse problem. They did not have to help me with that, and did. Appreciated that. Wish the sales team had told me I would need extra long hose for steam feature since the standard with the product assumes they will be installed side by side. My hook ups are in small utility/pantry space and face each other. Had to go get longer hose and hook that up myself.

My dryer installation was also great the team knew exactly what to do they installed everything and turned it on to make sure it was working properly thank you so much again.

I believe I have already reviewed the delivery of the LG dryer and made a comment about the dryer itself. Installers were professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Other technicians returned a week or so later to replace the semi-rigid hose with a flex hose since the dryer has to be very close to the back wall in a small space. They also changed the swing on the door which I had requested when I purchased the dryer, but the first installers were not trained to do that. Both sets of installers were on time, professional, and completed their jobs quickly and easily.

More than my expectations. Very powerful and big enough to get many clothes at a time

The delivery guys/installers were great. They were extra careful when delivering the products so that they didn't hit a wall, etc. They installed the washer & dryer, tested both and were in and out in 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for better guys. Manny and his assistant were terrific!
