My dryer had to be installed on the second floor, so I was definitely happy to use this service. They were smiling the entire time, and they were very fast. If I had needed to have a friend or family member help me move and install the dryer we would have taken far longer I am sure. Great job guys. I'd definitely recommend taking advantage of this service if you can.

I thought they did a good job. But since then, my dryer has been shutting off, early in cycle, so I have to restart it. And I have been noticing lint faintly collecting on top of the dryer. So I finally looked behind the dryer. The hose did not look attached and there was a large pile of lint down there. I eased the dryer out of its space, cleaned up all of the lint and was able to attach the hose properly (it had been poorly done with a zip tie). The dryer now functions well and I am happy.

Well, after the first dryer fell off the back of the truck....delivery and installation of the second one two days later went without a hitch. They were on time, knowledgeable and very couterious and friendly. Same as always. They'd get 4 stars if they hadn't dropped the first one. Hah.

This guys that came to install my new Samsung dryer were super friendly, interacted with my 4 year old when he asked the guys questions. I’ve had bad experiences with other local services who come by and seem annoyed with my children, it’s nice to see such great service. I’ll definitely be purchasing future appliances from bestbuy!
