Excellent Service!

Delivery crew did the same so I was not left hanging and kept me informed updating me several times. Crew answered all my questions and informed me about the installation. It was installed and running very quickly and the old dryer was removed and taken away for recycling.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I HAD RAUL AND JOSE TAKE AWAY MY OTHER FRONT LOAD DRYER AND INSTALL MY NEW FRONT LOAD SAMSUNG DRYER THAY WERE VERY CAREFULL WHEN TAKING OUT OLD DRYER AND BRINGING IN THE NEW DRYER SINCE I JUST HAD NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS INSTALLED IN THE HALLWAY THAY WERE VERY CAREFULL AND PROFESSIONAL VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. EXCELLENT !

Once finished, they took the time to show me its various features and how they worked. This greatly helped me when I sat down and read the manual because I was familiar with what the manual was talking about. There was no mess and no fuss. Thank you Best Buy installers

It was great to pay someone just to remove the old machines. My only compliant is that I thought I was getting a new dryer vent and all they did was splice it into the existing one

Sears Who?

Originally bought a Kenmore washer and dryer with installation services from Sears. The washer fell apart as they were taking it out the box and the new dryer did not work when installed. I will always go with any sort of Best Buy Installation whether it is for appliances or Tv's. They are Awesome and a breeze to deal with.

I would have certainly forgotten otherwise and having them made installation a breeze… The Best Buy installation team installed my dryer very fast and everything worked perfectly the first time.
