The delivery and installations guys were great. They were fast and efficient and took great caution in my home. They were very respectable and professional. They installed my appliances and communicated with me on what to look for and watch. Told me if I had any problem what to do.

When the delivery drivers came to install the new dryer, they stated that they could not fit the dryer through my doorway which is pretty wide. I was not home, but the delivery people told my wife that we bought a non standard size dryer. Luckily my father-in-law was around and basically helped them to install the dryer, They also had to swap spots with my current washing machine becuse the exhaust vent they sold me was not long enough to reach the dryer, but I never had a problem with the vent for my old dryer. Sales person instore was great, dryer works great, but delivery and installation was very upsetting.

Service was on time and professional. For some reason relating to the dryer vent coming out of my floor instead of the wall they claimed they were unable to hook the vent part to my dryer. It was no big deal for me to do it. Overall satisfied.

Installer was knowledgeable but didn't check to make sure vent was clear.

The delivery-installation of our new dryer was perfect. They were early a bit, called before coming. No complaints there. The young men were both professional and polite. The young man doing the install, Cliff, was a pleasure to be around. Polite, quite the character. I enjoyed him being in my house. It took them no time at all. A job well done!!

I switched from gas to electric because I now have solar. Install was fast and courteous and answered all my questions. I'm 75 years old and not about to push around heavy equipment.

Installation was super fast and complete. Guys went over the instructions with me and made sure i didnt have any other questions or concerns.

The washer and Dryer are really strong and easy to handle. Too noise though. I have to get used to to the weird noises that each of them could produce. The cloths are really clean better than other washers that I used in the past. If you could get use to the noise, you wont have any other problem.

They were very quick and professional! They explained how to get everything started and the best cycles to use.
