They took their time to make sure we understood the control and made sure the area was properly clean. Great job!

They called the day before to let me know when they would be there and also the next morning to verify they would still be in the time window. My wife said the installers were nice and I think they did a really good job on the install. I have started buying all my appliances at best buy.

Installer took extra effort

When I saw this and was disappointed, Ali was able to remove the venting tube and cut it shorter so now the dryer sits closer to the wall and gives me a little more space in the laundry room.

Got an automated call the day before installation and a personal call to let me know I was the first person they would be visiting that day. Everyone was professional, timely, efficient and they let me know when I had neglected to order a needed part and solved the problem right away. Would highly recommend.

Quick and efficient installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installers called before they arriveed at the house, came in to survey where they'd do the install, and got to work. They worked very quickly to bring in my new dryer, install it, and remove the old dryer. The installer gave me a brief tutorial on what he was doing to make sure it ran well, and let me know who to contact if there were problems - which there were not!

Otherwise took necessary precautions for covid and to protect the house were knowledgeable .
