Geek squad installers were professional and careful with my machine and install. The Geek Squad team from thr Best Buy where I purchased the product are not ourside contractors, they work as installers for Best Buy which was another reason I made the purchase.

My Bosch 800 series dryer needed to have the power cord changed from a 4-prong to 3-prong attachment. Using the Smart Choice power cord kit, the installer needed no more than 15 minutes to make the change. The appliance was up and running shortly after being delivered and the 3-prong power cord attached. All in all, an excellent experience.

The men that delivered were fast and efficient. They checked the area for installation, prepped the appliance and set it up.

Complete nightmare. Ongoing. Unresolved. Best Buy has a third party doing heavy appliance delivery and install JW Logistics. They damaged both the washer and dryer. They damaged my floor. I suspect they are probably capable of Delivery smaller pieces of equipment without issue. I would not recommend getting install and delivery if JW Logistics is the vendor. Not for Washers, Dryers. Anything that's heavy.

Dryer installation went well. I would appreciate if there was an opportunity for different hook up products to include a low profile vent hose. Other than that, everything went well.
