How can i even explain how great it was to have reliability and good service people to come to my home and do such a great job of installing my new Dryer and Washer in my home!!

Its still relatively new, though, it was a quick installation. They made sure it was put in and ran correctly before leaving.

The installers were excellent and very fast. They disposed of old units and installed new units in a timely fashion and were very respectful.

Our instalation of new washer and dryer was very excelllent. We felt thatbwe were well informed by installers, and they were 100% professional, careful of items and home during instalation and were very curtious as well!

The team that installed my Samsung dryer went a little beyond what I expected. I had a mouse problem, and found that person that had installed my wood flooring in utility room, left hole open to my crawl space in the drip tray under my old washer (should have had a hose attached.) So I got some steel wool to plug up the hole, and they taped over it with strong tape. Had set traps week before to resolve the mouse problem. They did not have to help me with that, and did. Appreciated that. Wish the sales team had told me I would need extra long hose for steam feature since the standard with the product assumes they will be installed side by side. My hook ups are in small utility/pantry space and face each other. Had to go get longer hose and hook that up myself.

The two guys were prompt, courteous, efficient. They started the dryer to insure it was functioning correctly and to "burn off" some of the new machine smell. They relocated the old dryer to the porch. But they did not hook up the exhaust kit, a service which I thought(?) was included when I bought it. They said I would have to get someone else to do it, as they could not. I understand why they didn't or couldn't, because it took the purchase of some new connecting ductwork and a couple of tries on my own to install the kit to my existing exhaust vent.

Works great. It is very big inside. We are happy with the purchase.

Great Installation no problem and up to now still running great

The delivery guys/installers were great. They were extra careful when delivering the products so that they didn't hit a wall, etc. They installed the washer & dryer, tested both and were in and out in 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for better guys. Manny and his assistant were terrific!

Very fast and easy installation. Both delivery men were very respectful of our home. Showed us how to start it up and use for the first time. Gave us tips on how to maintain it. Very friendly.

The delivery men had trouble finding the dryer outlet because it was near the floor and one of the men was sitting with his back to it. They tried to tell me that I needed to have an outlet installed, so I sent them away (late and, I guess, tired) and plugged it in myself.

The installers were ahead of time. Very efficient and professional. In and out in less than a half hour.

This install team was knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. They moved through the house without damaging the door jambs, frames, sills, or walls in any way. They were kind and friendly.

So the installer was extremely friendly and really knew what he was doing. Our dryer vent was particularly difficult to hook to the wall, just because of how the wall part was, but it has been installed a few months now with no negative issues. Five stars on the actual install. Minus one star, because this was their second trip. The first time they brought the washer and dryer together, they didn't include the dryer hookup kit I bought. So I had to go down to the store and get a new one, prove that I had already paid for it, and bring it back home for them to return and install it, perfectly, 4 days later.

What a professional group of guys. They took great care with my new and old machines and house walls. Hook up went quick and uneventful. They ensured the machine was properly working and that I knew how to operate it and properly perform the maintenance as recommended by the guide.
