Were it not for his conduct with this “third attempted re-delivery”, it is certain that we would not be doing business with Best Buy in the future.

The delivery was on time and the installation very well done. The installation included a functional check which assured us everything was working correctly before they left.

LD Dryer delivery and installation.

They quickly worked out the best way to bring the dryer into the house. They hooked up everything. They described the use of different knobs and buttons. Wonderful job.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.from the start of delivery to the end I was very informed all the way through. the W/D door (front load) was a little too large to close the slide door to the W/D closet and the delivery guy gave a few suggestions on how to fix the cosmetic problem AFTER he apologized (even though it wasn't his fault). as a customer that meant a lot :-)

Also made sure we understood that it would give off a plastic smell the first couple cycles so we weren’t alarmed by it.

Horrible install with an attitude

The installer said this is the only dryer vent he is allowed to install and if it was going to be fixed, I would have to fix it!! He refused to trim it or give any assistance. Basically told me i would have to accept the shotty install. I am a very good Best But customer and found this unacceptable!!
