Fast and Courteous

Entire process to install the stack dryer was less than 20 minutes. I did pull out the old dryer so I could clean in advance of the install. Rechecked install myself, all was fine. Would actually recommend easily for a dryer install.

Quick and efficient

They arrived on time and I have no complaints about their service. My only comment was when they installed the dryer electrical cord they forgot to attach the strain relief bracket; I pointed that out to them and they quickly fixed it.

Quality focus

Installation was fast and crew were knowledgeable. It also helps if you are able to clear a wide enough path for the staff and clean spot were the product will be placed.

They finally got it right

But the second installer (almost 3 weeks later without a dryer) was awesome. I will admit the first installer was a contractor and the second installer was actually part of the geek squad..major difference

Great Dryer Installation Service

They took care of delivering the product quickly, and taking great care to ensure my walls and floors were protected. They also did a great job of cleaning the machines before bringing them into my home. They cleaned up after themselves and quickly showed me how to use the product.

Great product, not great follow through

Friendly and efficient nstallers noticed a finish issue and alerted me at the time, which was great. Said they would order me a new one to be installed the following week. I called in a few days just to make sure and they hadn't ordered it. :(
