Really liked the installation service. The two guys were quick, friendly, efficient, helpful. They did a good job. Helped me by getting my old dryer down the stairs so the charity could pick it up more easily the next day. I really appreciated all they did for me.

The dryer was an easy install for anyone. The staff, however, made sure I understood how to operate it before they left.

The installation of my dryer did not come without hiccups. The parts that stacks the dryer with the washer came damaged and it took longer to get it installed , real inconvenience. When it finally got installed almost a month later o was very happy with the product. Best Buy though was very responsive .

The delivery professionals were great!! They called day of and when in route to my residence. They were nice enough to give me time to sweep out the area after removing the old set. They also changed the door swing direction for me to match what I previously had. Prior to leaving, they show you how to run the item. Professional, efficient very fast!!

The two gentlemen who delivered our W/D were professional, kind, and helpful. We had a particularly difficult installation, due to the layout of our kitchen and laundry room, and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They also assisted with cleanup and ensured that both machines were working properly before departing.

The installers were very professional. The whole process was quick and easy. I highly recommend it. But you should maintain good communication with them. I asked them NOT to haul away my old drier, but they took it anyway. So I asked them to get it back to where it was. But they just left it on the driveway. Then they're gone. Horrible experience.
