The agents listened to my problem and solved it. They realized how to repair the problem. Quickly and efficiently. Also very nice and respectful young men.

After i ordered the washer/dryer, only the washer was delivered and not the dryer. Then they brought the dryer after I called Best Buy. The dryer installation by Best Buy was not finished correctly so the installers had to return and balance the dryer. Then the vent attachment was too long between the dryer and the vent. My son finally cut it to size and completed the installation.

I don't know if they talked to anyone but the hinge is on the opposite side making it inconvenient to get to clothes. I am getting use to it though and don't think I'll call them out to change it. Logically should have been on opposite side.

Thank goodness Best Buy does delivery and install all the way up to the 3rd floor. The delivery/installers did a fantastic job.

They got here right on time. Did a great job and were very professional. And kind. Cleaned up after themselves.

The gentlemen who installed the dryer did a great job. They were quick and accurate, and the dryer works like a well-trained child after I learned a few things about the settings. Thank You

First of all; my expectations were totally exceeded when I received a call the day before delivery. It wasn't a person just calling; it was the actual person doing the delivery and install. So, the relationship started early. Then when he arrived; I was so impressed at his professionalism. I will use Geek Squad again; just for his service.

Was very pleased with the installation of my washer and dryer. They were extremely efficient and showed me how to operate them after installation was completed.

Once they got here, the installation went fine. The door opens on the wrong side. Nobody asked me what side I wanted, and I did not think to check. My husband took care of it. I need the door changed to the correct side, as I can't change the location die to electrical. So just be sure to be with them when they install.

Dryer work & dry clothes well and has timers and buzz
