The installers were ahead of time. Very efficient and professional. In and out in less than a half hour.

The two guys were prompt, courteous, efficient. They started the dryer to insure it was functioning correctly and to "burn off" some of the new machine smell. They relocated the old dryer to the porch. But they did not hook up the exhaust kit, a service which I thought(?) was included when I bought it. They said I would have to get someone else to do it, as they could not. I understand why they didn't or couldn't, because it took the purchase of some new connecting ductwork and a couple of tries on my own to install the kit to my existing exhaust vent.

The team that installed my Samsung dryer went a little beyond what I expected. I had a mouse problem, and found that person that had installed my wood flooring in utility room, left hole open to my crawl space in the drip tray under my old washer (should have had a hose attached.) So I got some steel wool to plug up the hole, and they taped over it with strong tape. Had set traps week before to resolve the mouse problem. They did not have to help me with that, and did. Appreciated that. Wish the sales team had told me I would need extra long hose for steam feature since the standard with the product assumes they will be installed side by side. My hook ups are in small utility/pantry space and face each other. Had to go get longer hose and hook that up myself.

Love it so much! It fits perfectly in my washroom and doesn’t make a lot if noise!

Dryer installation was fast and convenient. The installer made sure I understood how to operate the appliance, tested to see that it was operating properly, and answered any questions I had before leaving.

Actual install was OK They refused to reverse the door even tho the dryer was unusable as it was; said to call the store. Best buy made me pay to have this done

The delivery guys/installers were great. They were extra careful when delivering the products so that they didn't hit a wall, etc. They installed the washer & dryer, tested both and were in and out in 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for better guys. Manny and his assistant were terrific!

The dryer works great. The inside is so large. No complains at all.

Our delivery men were very fast, professional, and considerate. They put on coverings over their shoes without us, even having to ask them to. We had this dryer before except for it was gas, this time because of us moving we needed the electric dryer and they had the very exact one we had in gas in electric so we were grateful for that. It works just as well as the gas dryer. Very quiet. Very efficient.

The dryer that was delivered looks like a scratch-and-dent model. It has scratches all over the top and multiple dings, many of which have paint stuck in the corners of the unit. I am guessing these were from somewhere in our house, unless they were before arrival. The dryer is also clearly not leveled, with a slight bit of weight on one side, which tilts it forward. I have tried to send emails (they only send from NO REPLY addresses), place phone calls (brace yourself for automated system madness), use their useless "chatbot" that does NOTHING, and even stopped by my local store to talk about this, but was sent away with a card and another 1800 number to call. I have wasted so much time regarding these appliances I purchased that I will surely never do this kind of purchase at Best Buy in the future. Our delivery date was changed on the day of the washing machine's initial delivery. We were not there on the day of the dryer delivery and had a neighbor take care of it. We had no idea it would be this difficult to get help from a place we spent 1000+ dollars with for new appliances. For the washer delivery, they almost didn't install it, cause they were "unable" to loosen the water connections. I had to do it myself. This is what we paid for. We paid extra to have them come, and we had to break loose the hoses, or they were going to take the washing machine back with them. This is our first and last time buying from Best Buy with installation services.

This and four other appliances were installed very efficiently and on time. However, the dryer vent hookup was badly dented when moving the stacked washer/dryer into its space. This was apparently not noticed by the installers. Subsequently, Best Buy corrected the problem without any hassle. Mistakes happen and I am very pleased with the overall experience.

This review is specifically for the install process - Best Buy sent an email the day before with a 4-hour window of estimated arrival time. 30 minutes before arrival I received a call from the install team. When the team of three (two installers and one for haul away) arrived they were courteous, professional, and prompt. A week later I called Best Buy as our ventless dryer was not draining water into its collection tray. After initially referring me to the manufacturer (I was not able to connect with anyone there), Best Buy scheduled another team to take a look and also sent an email the day before with a 4-hour window of time to expect them. On the day of the appointment, the second team called beforehand a couple of hours early to let us know they could come to the appointment early which was great for us. The second team was also very friendly and professional. It turned out that the unit was not broken and the initial install team installed a drain hose from the dryer to our drain - which was a pleasant surprise as I was under the impression from reading the dryer manual that this was an optional step. No dumping out water after every load for us! For those considering install of a ventless dryer specifically, ask if the installation team intends to install the drain hose to save a call to customer service. Overall happy with the installation and the follow-up. Thanks!

So the installer was extremely friendly and really knew what he was doing. Our dryer vent was particularly difficult to hook to the wall, just because of how the wall part was, but it has been installed a few months now with no negative issues. Five stars on the actual install. Minus one star, because this was their second trip. The first time they brought the washer and dryer together, they didn't include the dryer hookup kit I bought. So I had to go down to the store and get a new one, prove that I had already paid for it, and bring it back home for them to return and install it, perfectly, 4 days later.

The two guys who installed my dryer were outstanding. They removed the old one, gave me time to clean the area before installing the new one. They were courteous and efficient and got the job done quickly.
