Can’t get contact info straight

I work overnights, so I put my dad’s phone number as the contact info. Installers didn’t show and kept calling me (asleep). It was like pulling teeth to get them to put the right phone number in when we rescheduled. Once they finally had the right number and came, everything was fine.

Great guys, great communication, very professional

They asked to come early, which was fine, but we still needed to clean behind the old units. They offered to help us do that. Of course we didn't let them! They showed us how everything worked and were all around very professional.

Fast and courteous

However, a little too fast as they didn't go through the "training" on the appliances as was indicated with the purchase. Luckily it was fairly user friendly.

The only issue I did have was being charged for delivery since I had ordered a washer and dryer AND 2 pedestals and pedestals were not over the free delivery price. Really, spending over 2K and pay for delivery?

The employees were very respectful and efficient. I received a call telling me when the employees would arrive and they were right on time. Best Buy does an excellent job of training not only for the installation but also the attitude of the employees. Great job!
