dryer duct did not fit, installer had to use my old dryer duct. stated I would be reimbursed for the duct he could not install

Not only did the installer do a great job installing my new dryer, but he also fixed a problem I had with the drain hose from my washer. Great customer service!

Movers/installers were friendly and answered all my questions. They were very careful moving the items up a flight of stairs and made the move/install look easy. Everything went smooth and quick. All my concerns were addressed and they made sure I was satisfied with everything and explained the operation of the equipment.

The gentleman that deliver my dryer very professional. They arrived on time And before their arrival they contacted me to let me know that they were in route. They made sure I know how to operate the item and answer any questions that I had.

Only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because demo wasn’t done the first install and door was backward. I received a follow up call and was immediately scheduled to reverse the door and receive a demo, free of cost. Thank you!

They were knowledgeable to install the dryer but they left before the first test cycle finished to determine if the machine was functional

Installer was very nice and courteous. Dryer works fine!

Guys did a good job. Efficient and fast on install. Only small comment is wish the guys had rolled up the hoses behind the washer a little neater. Not a big deal; I unscrewed them and rerolled them into nice coils.

Installers emailed us in advance with a more narrow window for delivery. They called that day to say they would be arriving in an hour, and they were on time. Disconnected old machines and removed. Set up new machines. Gave a quick tutorial, tested machines and were gone in less than an hour. Very pleasant.

The gentlemen that delivered my dryer were absolutely awesome. They gave me a heads up about the sensor needing to be wiped down once a month, to be sure that it works perfectly. They were also very professional and made sure that they didn't damage any of my property. I would definitely have my appliances installed by them again.

These guys are great! They arrived and surveyed the area in which to install the new washer and dryer. Reversed the door to open a different direction… They were polite, efficient and respectful. Both have worked there for many years! Very friendly And professional.

All went well but the vent hose won’t stay attached. I’m blaming the quality of the vent rather than the installers.

Best Buy installed it on the day promised. They contacted me with a reminder and approximate time the day before. In addition, they called me an hour before arriving telling me when they would be here. Installation was done quickly. The only criticism is that we had to wait three working days for delivery.

Delivery team was phenomenal! They kept me informed and the installers were kind, and quickly and efficient.
