As with the matching washer, when I viewed this on the website, it said installation WASN'T available for my zip code. Was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered AND installed.

The technicians handles everything, including moving the washer and dryer upstairs.

I am giving this a 3 because first crew was a 1 and second crew was a 5. I had to have people come back for the installation. The first crew had no parts, tools, so basically they delivered a washer and dryer and had to leave. The 2nd crew was fantastic. Had everything they needed, and half of their stops was fixing what original crews left undone. This is Best Buys fault. No offer to help me out since I had to wait over a week to use product

The gentleman that came to install my dryer were very kind and courteous. They were very patient when it came to questions I had about the install and the dryer itself. They wore masks all that time and that was nice, I also wore my mask.

The installer pulled some of the old dryer vent hose out of the wall, replaced it and then had a difficult time pushing the new hose back into the wall. As a result, I have an excessive amount of vent hose behind the dryer. The result is that the washer and dryer are sticking out further away from the wall than they need to be. I mentioned this to the installer that took care of the dishwasher; he seemed to be the lead installer; and he said it was because of the vent that I had (as if I had a choice).

Install went perfect. Installer was professional. He cleaned up and took old dryer away for disposal.

I bought a matching washer and dryer set. The delivery and install guys were very cordial and knocked out the install very quickly. Like they gave me an overview of the washer, I got one for the dryer as well.

Took care of my equipment. In and out less than 30 mins.

We did not have them hook it up as we didnt buy their cords but the delivery went smoothly no complaints or worries, they droped it off right where we wanted it then cleaned up and left, they also arrived on time and had great attitudes!

I paid extra to have it delivered and installed and hooked up and to leave my old one and they charged me for it and took it away. I went looking for it and it was gone so I called them back right away and they brought it back, and I had to go back to the store and return all the stuff that I did not need that I paid for And I paid for the installation and they could not install it
