Can't say enough good things about our washer and dryer install. The two man crew showed up well within our promised time, which is always a plus. We had the units installed into a new home. They were very respectful of our space taking extra care to not scuff any doors, walls, etc. They took time to explain necessary things and test ran both systems for functionality.

I wasn't present when my dryer was installed but 3 months later I'm wishing I had been. The vent kit they used comes with 4 clamps to secure the ventilation from the dryer to the elbow joint, the elbow joint to the hose, and then the hose to the wall. Logically, you would think that would require minimum 3 clamps but only two were used. Three months later, the elbow joint came loose from the dryer and fell off because there was no clamp securing it to the dryer. This was realized during a load of laundry, after which steam and lint was blown all over my laundry room floor. Thankfully, I still had a clamp from my old dryer hose (the "spare" parts from the kit I had to purchase were not left after install), however, being a larger guy, it was very difficult for me to get behind the dryer and install the ventilation properly. We've not really had any issues with professional installs in the past which is the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. Still, it's disappointing I paid for an install that I ended up having to do myself again 3 months later.

the best buy installers were extremely professional, in both detaching and removal of existing old dryer and in the manner and ease of installation of the new dryer. Obviously well experienced and dedicated to performing their respective tasks in and efficient and error free manner. Inspired significant confidence in the Best Buy team.

What a professional group of guys. They took great care with my new and old machines and house walls. Hook up went quick and uneventful. They ensured the machine was properly working and that I knew how to operate it and properly perform the maintenance as recommended by the guide.

Quick installation; techs were very nice and knowledgeable; too less than 15 mins to complete installation

They guys who did the install knew what they were doing. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. No issues with the install.

The delivery team showed up on time, they were very polite and handled getting the old dry out and the new one in very quickly and quietly. They were a crack team. Gave them some beer money as a thank you.

The technician came on time and quickly/correctly installed my dryer. I received a text message notification when the technician was 35 minutes away and a notification of a more specific 2 hour window the night before which I appreciated.

Dryer was installed and so far is working well, The Geek Squad installer did not use the vent kit I was told when I purchased the dryer that I would need. The dryer is in an area with very limited space and may have benefited from the use of the kit that was provided, This resulted in a slight kink in the dryer exhaust when it was pushed back but has so far not caused a problem. I had the complete length of the vent professionally clean before the dryer was installed and so far it seems to be operating satisfactorily,

The installer was very nice. However, he discovered the cord on the driver would not fit in the wall unit. Cord had 3 prongs and wall had 4 prong. Therefore, dryer did not fully get installed. I had to go buy a 4 prong cord and hire someone else to install it so dryer would work.

The installers arrived on time and were courteous. They were quick to install.

I chose this machine bc of the good reviews of many BestBuy and LG shoppers. It was an (80/20 ratio). Whereas good vs. bad on why this machine was worth getting. First off the style of this machine is pretty cool in any color. The functionality of this machine is pretty awesome but has some minor, very minor issues when drying that there are times when whatever size load is inserted, it may not dry completely. The capacity of this machine is definitely spacious, it uses less water, doesn't clog up on soap (detergent pads highly recommended), and the spin cycle also does a great job of getting the clothes as free of water as possible before placing them in the dryer.

The company was very careful bringing the dryer into my house, and did a great job setting it up. They cleaned up the area after and run it to make sure it was working properly.

The men that came to deliver my dryer were great. They new exactly what to do and did so without any problems. They were quick and did a great job of the installation. Thanks Best Buy

The install was quick and the guys were friendly. The installation area was tight but they got it done.

My installation went smoothly. These two men were efficient, courteous & extremely strong. My machine is a deluxe model. Steam dry, & 10 more settings. These two men picked up my machine & placed it in a tight spot. ( you really need to measure exactly) Hooked up water & electricity. They did a perfect job in a little bit of time. Very efficient. A good team of men working together. Left my place just as clean as they found it. This fact is very important to me. I've had plumbers leave marks on my tub, that I can't remove. A T.V. mount handyman that left my house in chaos. They weren't even aware of their mess. So, I would recommend this team for washer/dryer installation. And, I highly recommend my LG washer & LG dryer. I'm a happy customer.

The install of the dryer was done with accuracy and in a timely manner.

Dr year was installed quickly but changing the door to open on the other side was a big of a problem and took a 2nd visit to accomplish. Overall, tho, I couldn’t be happier!
