Great service and friendly professional technicians. I have always had great service from Best Buy. That’s why they’re my go to store.

They were here on time and the dryer had a dent in it and they asked me before installing it to make sure I didn’t want a new one. Was offered a discount for the debt but never heard back from anyone so that sucks

They came and did the job I needed done. Overall happy with the service.

Installers called to say they would arrive earlier than scheduled. They disconnected and removed the old dryer and allowed me a few minutes to clean the floor before installing the new one. They weren’t sure they were responsible for hauling off the old dryer, but I showed them my receipt and work order.

It was nice to do nothing! The installer was courteous and professional.

We purchased the dryer and included the removal of the older unit. We recently remodeled our condo and the installer was punctual, professional and very efficient. Highly recommend this service from Best Buy. No complaints on the delivery as the unit was delivered without damage to the condo or the dryer.

The installation was very pricey, quick and easy. They were were kind to help us understand how the venting in our laundry room was set up.

BestBuy gave me a 4-hour window (really appreciate that!) However, because of their very busy schedule and load... installers came 45-minutes (after the window closed at 4:45pm)... although they called an hour before that)

Installation of my appliances was incredible. They were fast clean and kind, it was delivered by a third party company but they were very professional and good at their jobs.

The install team were amazing. Fast, efficient, polite and helpful. All this at the end of what appeared to be a very long day. After they installed, they stayed to give a demo and make sure all was working as it should. Wonderful experience.

Bought a washer inclusive of delivery and installation. Two men carried it into our laundry room; hooked up all connections and made sure the washer was level and provided operational instructions. The men were very polite and efficient.
