My only complaint was when i scheduled this installation for after 4, the tech called me at 2pm saying he would be there in 20 minutes. I was in a meeting a half hour away and i explained that i set up the delivery specifically for that reason. Apparently they don’t install in my area after 4pm on Sundays which wasn’t disclosed when i set it up. I raced home from my meeting early to meet them only for them to end up coming at 4 because they did another install ahead of me and didn’t let me know. The install itself was fine, I have no complaints about that. Scheduling could be better.

Installation people from Best Buy were great showed up on time and were very polite I had already installed this unit by the time my appointment came up but I was grateful for them either way

Dryer was installed without any difficulty workers were great no mess was left behind

The Installers were Excellent…. Couldn’t be happier with them. Clean, Professional and Efficient!

Experience was extremely unsatisfactory. There have three issues. During original delivery, there was no stacking kit. We called customer service to purchase one; representative ordered wrong one. Finally received correct stacking kit, which was installed by Best Buy, which also facilitated return of wrong kit. Most recently we discovered unit leaks from washing machine hose. Samsung refuses to honor its warranty, or even send anyone out to inspect it. Samsung claims by looking at pictures we sent it, damage was done during installation by Best Buy. At present, machine is unusable and we are facing large repair bill to replace broken hose. I called Best Buy to address the issue; you sent me back to Samsung. We cannot understand why neither Samsung nor Best Buy will stand product.

Great product but person doing installation didn't know what they were talking about. Told me I had to get my outlet rewired but all I needed was a different plug

The delivery guys were fast and friendly. Everything was set up and they explained how to use them before they left.

Great crew, on time, polite and very mindful of your property. Cleaned up after install.

I was really surprised at how professional the dryer installers were. They did a great job in removing my old dryer, and moving in the new one. They gave me time to clean out the area before they put the new dryer in. Everything was installed correctly and they were friendly and helpful.

The technicians did a wonderful job installing my electric dryer and hauling off my old dryer!

BBY Install teams are professional, timely, quick, accurate, and delicate. I have had about 6 appliances delivered from best buy and they have always done a great job. You can get your old one hauled away as well which is such a time saver!

Oscar and I think Eric were the delivery guys and they were awesome. They were able to set it up with no problems and they were fast. They were able to give me a few tips about the dryer. They were very helpful and nice.

Appreciate the two men who did our installation. They were on time, courteous and efficient!

the man and his son that came to install our Dryer was great. He was kind, very nice, picked everything up, cleaned up. Did a great job. it wasn't their fault that 2 dryers were delivered instead of a dryer and a washer.

The two gentlemen who installed our Samsung Electric Dryer did a fantastic job. They went out of their way to switch the washer we have so that the doors on the washer and dryer would conform to moving clothes back and forth.

The dryer is doing a great job drying clothes. There is a little squeak when the dryer is running. We bought an extended warranty so we will have the Geek Squad come out and check it.

Good job on the installation! The guys were pleasantly respectful and quick.

I always but my electronics from Best Buy. 1) they have the best warranties. 2) The customer service from beginning to end is superb. The installation was done correctly and efficiently. The installers had excellent customer service.
