Our installers were very efficient, they even took our old dryer out and to our garage even though they weren't taking it with them. I thought for sure they would have a hard time navigating down our narrow stairway butvthey had no problems and there is not a single scratch on our walls. Great job Best Buy.

Best Buys installation team was very professional. Called when on the way. Installed dryer quickly with no issues. Removed all packing trash. And most important they used fCe masks and maintained minimum distance from us while in our home.

We recently got a new house and at the time of delivery I was not ready to have the washer installed as I still had some work to be done in the laundry room first. I asked the technicians to just bring the unit in the laundry room and leave all the installation hardware. The technicians seemed nice and friendly.

The technician was very respectful and installed the dryer very well. No problem so far. He even went ahead and tested it by making it work for some time. He left the workplace clean and very clean.

Very good service from this guys. I wish the seller at the store would’ve told me that I needed a stack kit. The installers had to come back a second time 1 week later to install it.
