The two gentleman that brought my washer and dryer they showed up in a timely manner. They were very careful with the delivery of my washer and dryer. No bounce no scratches. And the installation was done quickly and efficiently and then some.

The two gentlemen that showed up to install the new washer and dryer that my wife purchased earlier in the week, arrived on time, were professional and very courteous. They quickly removed the old units and installed the new ones. They tested each unit and then explained, what was done and demonstrated how each unit worked. While they did remove the old units, there was an extra service charge (paid at time of purchase). This was worth it because it saved me time and energy; I didn’t have to figure out how best to discard the old units. While I could have installed each unit myself, I couldn’t have done it as quickly as the Best Buy team did. Overall, very pleased. I highly recommend...

The man was very skilled and fast, but he did not introduce himself, installed the dryer without the vent,as he said it wasn't needed, but left the new one. Thank goodness because he did not clamp the exhaust onto the dryer and did not leave any paperwork except the manual. Good people just needs more detail.

The install was quick with no issues. The guys removed my old dryer and installed the new all in 20 minutes.

Same installer as for the washer. (See my review.) Installer did not properly secure the vent hose to the dryer. As a result, there was lint dust pouring out behind the dryer. Luckily we caught this when my husband was working on the water valves for the washer. The fix just involved securing and tightening the clamp on the vent hose to the dryer exhaust.

Great Installation no problem and up to now still running great

The service installation team was fast & efficient! They came, installed my washer & dryer so quickly, gave me the information needed, started the machines & left! Professional & fast service! smooth experience

Had no complaints until the very end. Unit was installed correctly and has worked perfectly since install. Every care was taken to insure neither the unit nor my property was damaged during install. However, upon leaving I noticed TONS of styrofoam pieces all over my driveway. I appreciated that they unwrapped they unit in the truck, but didn’t appreciate having to haul out my shop vac to clean up after them. Not very professional.

Installers arrived an hour past the latest install time. The dryer door was set to open to the right. Since the left side of the dryer was against a wall it would mean reaching over the door to get the laundry out. I had to pay an additional $50 to get the door switched. The haul away of the old dryer was done quickly and the dryer was checked to make sure it was getting warm and no exhaust problem.

Great product works great makes no noise and leaves the clothes soften

I like the dryer. My only disappointment is that I asked the installer to change the direction the dryer door opens. I was informed i can call to make another appointment for that procedure. I called then number given 3 times and each time I was informed by an automated clerk, that my waiting time online would be 2-3 hours with no option to speak to real person or be given a call back. My time is too valuable to sit two to three hours waiting on a clerk.

Installation was quick and professional. Dryer works wonderfully and quietly.

LG Washer / Dryer Installation crew showed-up on time & were very professional & knowledgeable throughout the process. They worked efficiently to first remove my old washer / dryer & then install the new LG Washer / Dryer. I definitely appreciated that the installation crew were very careful not damage anything while moving both the old & new washer / dryers in & out of my apartment.
