This is a great dryer that is easy to use, fast, and efficient . Normal cycle is good for most clothing, but towels it is best to dry them on heavy-duty. It has an easy to use filter that is fast to clean and put back into the slot.

The installers provided by Best Buy were fast, courteous and efficient. They didn't complain about having to bring the dryer upstairs and were very careful not to scratch the walls or railings.

The installation guy is really helpful, they make us understand different functions of the product and usage details, very happy with their service, will always recommend others!

These guys did a great job on their installation. I had a little scratch on it and they took care of me because of it. Thank you guys

They were moving it down the tight stairs and then climbed around to get the vent hooked up so all is good. I just wish I had not been given an 8 hour window of when they would show up. Glad they give you updates at least.

Kudos to the Geek Squad that delivered and installed the new dryer. As well as hauled off the old one! I believe Scott is the name of One of the techs. So considerate and kind. Give him a raise!

Probably could have done it myself! Not sure what else I can say, guys were professional. I bought a washer too, they ended up using the new hoses and took my old ones with my old unit. Wish they would have given me the option to keep them.

The guys came in and got it hooked up in less than 30 minutes. Service was great!

In the past we've always just done things ourselves. As we gotten older we have started to value time vs money more. For how quickly and efficiently Carlos worked it was well worth the investment. Thanks again.

Two guys delivered the dryer to the house. They were very professional and did a great job. In no time at all the dryer was working like a champ. The hookups all worked properly and nothing leaked.

I'm not sure if I should give less stars or more, I don't know if this would be on the installers or the company for lack of clarity. When I purchased a Dryer that has steam options on it I fully expected the Dryer to be hooked up so that it could perform all the functions that are advertised.. However after inspecting the installation due to not feeling like the steam settings were working I quickly discovered that the water was never hooked up to the dryer to be able to perform that function. I'm not sure how that can be classified as an install or that the basic functions of the dryer work when that is one of the basic functions in my opinion. I'm not sure what to compare this scenario to but in my opinion it'd be like hooking only cold water to my washer when it clearly is supposed to be able to offer cold and hot cycles. Love the appliance but very disappointed by this aspect as I paid extra for a nicer appliance that offered that feature rather then the cheaper version that did not.

Very neat installation by Bestbuy team. they opened all the package content outside my home inorder not to spread the foam particles in my home. over all very neat job done by bestbuy team.

Techs installed pedestal under dryer. Delay install was due to item being on backorder and shipping delay's from one best buy hub to another.

I purchase the first dryer and it did not work I was told that the first installer did not install correctly. I had to purchase the Samsung so for it dries fast.

So far so good! I love this dryer! Heats well and drys on a shortest amount of time! Love lint trap inside dryer door. Easy to remove, clean and replace. Lots of options to dry perfectly based on load size and fabric.
