Three well dressed and friendly men expertly installed my new clothes dryer. In and out in minutes. They installed the steam option too which requires hooking up to the water supply. They cleaned up the area before they left too. Left no trash or boxes. Highly recommend this service.

It's great that they take the time to hook up the dryer whe they deliver it but the parts needed to do it are a bit pricier than elsewhere and really is it that difficult to hook a vent to the hole in the wall.

The installation went smooth and did not have an issue with the installer. The installation was free with the product so it was a great deal. When you pay so much money for an item having free installation is a great perfect.

The service technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, and hard workers. They were masters at their craft !

Great service good eqipment. Washer is fine dryer is ok but seems slower with heavy load but is ok when gets used to it.

My first installment was awful. This experience was amazing. The guys worked as a team. My item this time delivered safe and without damage to my home. This team was professional and I wasn't scared of them to be in my home.

The team performed this task exceptionally. Loading into the house was tuff because the driveway and streets were like a hockey rink. Slick as can be.

They hauled the old one, installed the one (Both washer and dryer) correctly and in less than 20mins. They were also very nice. I wish I got the survey they said I would get emailed. I would have liked to have given them good ratings.

The delivery of our new Maytag dryer was made easier by top customer service. bestBuy kept us updated through texts as to when the gentlemen would be here and they were prompt, courteous and very careful in delivery and removing the old machine. Extremely pleased.

Very efficient install, but not placed correctly, and they did not ask how we wanted the door to open.

Installation of my new washer and dryer was not an easy task. I have a small closet for them to go into and little space for techs to work. They managed to get them both in and tested them for balance and operation before leaving. They cleaned up everything and were very polite young men.

Total Tech has changed a lot and is worth every penny. We had our washer and dryer installed and then moved. Geek Squad moved the washer and dryer for free at the new home.
