Purchased a new washer & dryer set for my mom who didn't need anything with the fancy bells and whistles of the newer units. She's been happy with it! Installation by Best Buy was great and on time!

The dryer install was not anywhere as good as the washer install a couple of weeks earlier. The installers were not friendly or nice. They were border line rude. They were not Best Buy employees.

Got my Washer and Dryer delivered and installed by the team from BestBuy. Guys were extremely careful carrying both units to my laundry room on the second floor. No damage on the walls. Very professional, very courteous.

Best buy had to reschedule my delivery date but it was the company they use to deliver so Best Buy sent a gift card to me for changing the date the rescheduled day went well the dryer was up and running quickly

Very happy with our installation of both the washer and the dryer. Would highly recommend having Best Buy install these appliances. Just make sure you also purchase the required hoses to ensure a smooth installation.

Dryer has had some problems with the knob. It is being exchanged for a new one.

Tech team has ALWAYS been top notch. I have used this service for almost 2 decades and not one time have they failed in their mission statement.

Be sure to ask Best Buy if they will send Geek Squad for you. If they send you a third party, it's super hit or miss. If they can't send Geek squad, I would recommend hiring someone else you trust.

Great product and installation was quick and professional.

We had to get a second dryer as the first one was dented. The first installers marked the paperwork, but we didn't hear anything. I had to spend several hours on the phone getting the replacement arranged.

Samsung washer and dryer is the best in the market, I recommend it without fear to everyone!

I certainly wasn't going to gamble with installing a gas dryer myself! Installers seemed to know what they were doing - though had a bit of difficulty maneuvering in a small space without scuffing the wall.
