The installers were great! Very hard workers! They are very careful!

The people who installed our washer and dryer were very friendly and informative.

As a precaution, I placed 1/4" plywood down on my new flooring so it would not get scratched up during the delivery and installation. I did not need to do this because the crew actually lifted the machine and carried it through my home and set it in place. The installation was quick. GREAT JOB

The young gentleman who came and installed our washer and dryer together were so great! They need to be recognized. Respectful, nice, and very through. They answered every question we had and knew what to do.

My first dryer was damaged either by the installer or shipped damaged. It was installed and then I was told it was damaged and would not work. They took it away leaving with a washer and no dryer for almost 2 more weeks. The second time everything went well and they did a good job.

The Best Buy service was excellent and totally worth the cost. Absolutely will use again when the time comes.
