Nice to rely on somebody who's trained to do these things

They did a great job. Ty! When i buy a new Samsung fridge, i will pay for their services because it is worth it.

I think that this was a good machine but I have felt that it is complicated to operate. read the manual (I love manuals) but still can' figure some things out. Takes a LOOONG time to dry econo dry.

The technicians that delivered and installed my dryer we're friendly and did a more than sufficient job of delivery and install. I was very pleased and impressed.

Installer was on time. He was professional and courteous. He was patient explaining instructions on operation. He set up the dryer so only need to push one button to operate

The installation crew did not [properly] level the dryer, so the door on the dryer will not stay open on it's own.

Guys showed up on time and were careful with the appliance. However they tried to keep my keep and not install my parts i had to purchase to select for hooking it up. Then they attempted to not install the waterline for the steam. I had to micromanage everything to get it done. Then after the left i discovered they didn't install the legs and left them inside the unit.

The guy who installed the dryer is very professional and did his job pretty quick and explained high level operating procedures.

Power cord to dryer was a tight fit. Dryer cord was a tight fit. Nothing to spare. Had to reschedule to fix exposed prongs. Another 6" to cord would have worked perfectly for the stacked configuration.

Installation & haul-away went smoothly. The team was professional and very careful with the new applaince.

First installers were more interested in dropping and going to lunch. My wife and I dismissed them and the 2nd set of installers were excellent and it showed with their attitude, knowledge, and professionalism. It was obvious they took their job serious, and not just for paycheck.

The guys who installed this item did a wonderful job. They were on time and quickly installed item correctly. They were very nice too.

The men who came to install my washer acted like they knew what they were doing. Highly qualified and experienced they were very professional. Installed the washer and took the old machine away.

Took two trips. First trip was hurled so they could get to the next delivery. More concerned with that then setting mine up properly. Brought wrong exhaust connection and I had to go buy the correct one and hook it up myself. After all that realized the dryer door needed to be reversed and the top of the dryer had a dent in it! Came out a second time with a new dryer and corrected the problems. Advise they carry the semi-rigid exhaust hose as well for installs. One size doesn't fit all! Could have saved a lot of time, hassle and aggravation if it had been done right the first time!

While the installers didn't make it within the preset 4 hr window, they did call (at 3 hrs and 59 min) to inform us that they were running 20 minutes late. They were quick, courteous and professional.

The team members were very professional and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Best Buy still does this right! The staff was knowledgable and friendly.

Initial service tech didn’t have what was needed to complete installation. The Copperfield Store Manager and General Manager were NO HELP at all. Finally got rescheduled for second service tech who initially stated he didn’t have what was needed but finally said he had a spare and completed the installation. The second service tech was very professional. Copperfield Store Manager and General Manager never returned my call so now I have a dryer with a dent in the top corner.

Delivery was accomplished on date scheduled and within time window by two very professional young men. They unboxed the washer & dryer outside putting the packaging back in their truck. Quickly hooked everything up and tested before leaving. Wonderful experience with no cleanup or mess.

Easy installation. The plastic feet work for leveling bit theyre not as sturdy as id like, nonetheless, they hold up
