Really good service, everything was set on time and the personal was awesome!

New dryer so I got all new accessories, very happy.

Installation was great as they had all materials and tools needed to get this changed out and tried testing on site. Haul away went well and job couldn't have gone better.

We had 2 dryers to deliver but returned the first one and both teams of installers were excellent.

My husband (RAMON) AND myself are very happy and appreciate the hard work that Carlos, Willy and Eric performed in the installation of both equipment. The rating for this three guys that came to our house is excellent and we are very happy that they did all the work.

The installers notified us when they were in route, arrived on time, checkled out the location, carefully brought the dryer in, installed it quickly and efficiently. They made certain it was level, gave us a quick tutorial, and were on their way. Very nice job.

Delivered and installed 2 dryers that did not work. They insisted it had to be my outlet although I assured them there was no issue with the outlet because the dryer I was replacing overheated and was intentionally put out of use while awaiting the replacement. I also had an outlet tester showing the outlet was in good working. Since they insisted there was no way two units could be bad, I paid an electrician to come out. They determined it was the unit and not my outlet. The second dryer was replaced with a different brand altogether which worked flawlessly upon delivery. No one from Best Buy has reached out or responded to my request for rectification of this.

Individuals who came to install the washer and dryer were wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Did a lot of heavy lifting to get the machines into my place and then some maneuvering into a tight space. Kept me up-to-date on arrival times for delivery. Great!

The installation was professional and thorough. The Techs were knowledgeable and efficient with their time.

Twice is always nice, and that is what it took to get the dryer stacked onto the washer. Once stacked, it took up a lot less floor space

I didn't need the cord because we had a fairly new one from my dryer but the steam adapter is needed to hook to washer I cannot give a review on that yet because he hasn't hooked it up yet

The techs were very efficent. They install my dryer vent in no time and clean up after the.selves. i was very happy with their work.

The gentlemen came in and were able to remove the old unit and stall the new unit very quickly without any issues.

The delivery people are apparently trained to connect all those red, yellow etc, cables and while I don’t know if they had to be certified, apparently they did it correct(?) cause it worked.
