Installers did an awesome job! Tight quarters but they made it look easy. The dryer vent wasn't the usual shape and they made the necessary adaptions and did it perfectly! Very professional and efficient!

Set up the installation of my new dryer with Best Buy, and it was quick and easy. They also took the old dryer away.

I recommend the installation if you do not have many tools and are not install savvy with big items. We chose this as we just moved and all my tools are still packed. I had other things to work on and organize so this service was helpful

I purchased a dryer at the store and was offered free installation. Great, I have a dryer on the second floor of my house so I'd prefer to have someone else put it up there. The power cable I have and dryer vent are perfectly fine, so I said I didn't want to purchase new ones. I was then told that the only way to GET free installation was to purchase those items. I went ahead and did it, but it's not FREE if I'm forced to purchase additional items that I already have and don't need. Better to say "Purchase power cables and vent line and get free installation." At least that's honest.

Because I have a new construction home, they did not use the dryer vent that was purchased, I have to take it back now. It was the same one that was included with the machines that the builder purchased.

Dryer installation went good as well. I am pleased with service. Just be sure to have a stacking kit if needed or this will prolong your installation date.

Chris Ramos and crew were great with the delivery. They were good by contacting me if the time changed due to deliveries and very professional with the installation. I didn't receive a tutorial but I already informed them that I knew how to operate this particular brand.

I didnt have the first idea of how to set up my washer and dryer. So glad i paid the extra couple of bucks to have it professionally installed. They were prompt, courteous and made sure everything was in working order and explained how everything worked before they left.

was supposed be delivered with Vent Kit that was paid and did not. Have to call to inquire where Vent Kit is and when it will delivered

The installers came and got the unit in the house fairly quickly. They were a little quick and short with me, minor rub damage on the floor.

Install technicians were prompt and professional. Did an excellent job installing my new machine and hauling away the old one. So much more convenient than had I tried to do it myself.

Installers met expectations. No complaints. Did have to hire an electrician to install 30 amp circuit due to previous electrical being only 20 amps. But all that had nothing to do with the installers from Geek squad.

The installers where great. However Best Buy supplies a rigid dryer vent that made the dryer stick out too far from the wall. Guess is you have a huge laundry room you wouldn’t mind the dryer being a foot from the wall.

I opted to install the Whirlpool dryer myself. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. After hooking up the power cord and vent system I tackled the swapping of the dryer door from a left hand open to a right hand open. Success, no problems encountered.

Team called ahead and were even a few minutes early. Very polite and professional. They obviously knew what they were doing. Opened, placed, hooked up power and vent. Cleaned up shipping box and what little debris there was. In and out within 30 minutes. Great job.

My dryer was delivered on time on the appointment date. The installers were very professional and had the dryer in place and working very promptly. Very pleased with the installation process and instructions.
