The dryer installation was great after having to replace the initial dryer. The installers were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Dryer is great, installation was terrible. During installation on 6/29, the technician damaged the old venting kit, requiring the purchase of the new one. He also broke the vent that runs through the wall so that moist air from the dryer vent vented partially into the house's insulation. I did not notice this problem until just before the delivery of the pedestals on 7/23. Also- during the delivery of the pedestals on 7/23 the technician noticed that the original install was done incorrectly. Our dryer has a steam feature but the original install on 6/29 never connected the waterline to the dryer to enable the steam feature. Very poor job. The crew on 7/23 were great & fixed all the problems from the original install. They deserve 5 stars.

Item came damaged but had it replaced and install and service was great.

The guys were very polite and completely their tasks in about 10 mins (test and old dryer removal) Only negative is that my dryer came in with a dent. Could have happened before them but a dent no less.

Best Buy guys installed it. They did a good job with the wiring or cord. The vent install, I don’t care for. I will eventually redo it. Over happy with the install and products

Removing old dryer was fine, putting new dryer in place was fine. Installers were nice. However, Installers did not use new dryer vent kit that Best Buy sales person sold us as "required item". Also Installers did not leave the new dryer vent kit, we bought but Installers did not install. Money we paid for the new dryer vent kit should be refunded.

Delivery guys (2) were very professional. Knew exactly what to do for the install and removed all waste packaging and shipping materials.

The two gentlemen who came to install the dryer and the washing machine were excellent; they were professional, kind and knew exactly what they were doing. They explained things clearly when asked and performed the installation much quickly than I thought it was going to take.

they did a great job delivering and setting up my appliances. I would have given 5 stars but they put the door on to open to the wrong side!

The Geek Squad aced again. Two knowledgeable professionals came to my home at the exact stated time and worked together to flawlessly install my new dryer. They didn't leave until the dryer was up and running and I was handed all of the warranty material and was smiling :)

Installation was free with my purchase of a new dryer. The guys arrived on time, brought in the dryer and installed it and the new washer within 10 minutes. They hauled off all the trash and left me with appliances that were ready to use right away.

The installers would get more than 5 stars if more were offered. Quick, professional and prompt and knowledgeable. In and out with the new and removal of the old in ten minutes.

The guys got in got everything hooked up had everything cleaned up and was out in a matter of minutes they knew what they were doing had everything done right absolutely wonderful
