The technician installed our dryer with all the parts we purchased in a timely manner. I would recommend Geek Squad.

We had two gentlemen hook up our washer and dryer. They were extremely polite and the guy in charge was very knowledgeable about both machines. He showed us how to work both machines and answered any questions we had. Also they made moving the washer and dryer look easy.

This dryer is beautiful and dry really quick. I had my old appliances for over 20 years. I love ❤️ the new appliances.

Last year, I had best buy install a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The experience is great. They give a time window and have always arrived in the said window. The installation team has also always been great at what they do.

Overall everything was good. The installers arrived in the time indicated. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were polite and respectful of me and my house.

Install went well but the y came with a semi rigid hose so make it impossible to get it close to wall. Need to offer a flexible hose

They did a good job installing my washer and dryer, and hauling the old ones away. It wasn't an easy installation in that they had to haul it up to the 2nd floor (and haul the old ones down). They managed this deftly and I'm satisfied with the installation. What I wasn't happy about was the communication. They gave me a 4 hour window and showed up within the last 15 min or so of that window, with no communication during the day. A more professional team would have let me know that I was at the end of their day, when they were in route etc. That's common courtesy imo.

The men were professional and courteous and they installed my dryer swiftly...well done!

I was so excited to get someone else to do the work for once. Work has not allowed me to get away and take care of items like this, this has been a guilty pleasure that I sooooo enjoyed!

The initial installation crew did a poor job and left the vent pipe improperly attached. The second crew they sent to fix the problem was highly professional in contrast.

Very professional crew, installed quickly, showed how to operate, showed features, answered my questions, connected a feature (steam) that has been well worth the cost and cleaned up a packaging materials and hauled away. Pleasant install and would recommend!

The crew that delivered and set our washer and dryer were so professional and polite and were so careful moving the appliances in and out. Even the phone call to let me know they were on their way was extremely polite. What a welcome experience.

The installers new what they were doing. Even told us one of the accessories were not needed and could use our old vent house.

We had ours installed because our original buy was a gas dryer. It was not working with the gas, so they hooked up our electric. What can I say not hard to do, but the install guy was great.

Good work but failed to install plug. Prior uninformed that needed a different plug

The guys were great and had to make two trips with my installation because of the builder’s errors.
