It took two visits but each time the crew were timely and professional. They found two dents in first dryer and notified me. Corporate couldn’t make it worth my while so I asked for a new dryer and the same guys came and reinstalled everything again. Great men!

The installation guys were very professional. They delivered product on the given time and installation was quick. They expained hiw to use the product and were very helpful with our questions.

Installation went pretty quickly, however, I just noticed that the anti-vibration pads that were under my existing washing machine were removed and are no where to be found. I paid for those separately when I ordered my washer directly from GE. Maybe they thought it was part of the packaging that was left behind? Either way, a little upset because now the washer is noisy on the ceramic floor.

The guys who deliver and install the appliances are dependable, reliable, and prompt. The installation service calls ahead of time to let you know what time they will be there and they arrive right on time. The installation guys are very knowledgeable about the products.

Never dissatisfied with Best Buy delivery and install. I have purchased such service for major equipment purchases and they never have disappointed.

The Best Buy delivery guys are great! I bought this dryer for a rental property and had to go meet the delivery truck there. They were very prompt and polite and knew exactly what they were doing so that there was a quick installation and I was able to return to work .

The Best Buy delivery and installation staff were the best ever. They were quick and competent, and went beyond the basics to make sure the floor was clean, the existing vent exit to the outdoors was free of lint, and did an excellent job of not marring the walls,

The installer did not give a choice regarding the dryer door, so it's facing an awkward way. I'm surprised he wouldn't care enough to install it in a more sensible way.

The people that came to install We're very professional and very nice. They also did it pretty quickly. They went over how use it with me and gave me the manuals of course asked if I had any questions. And turned it on as well and waited for it to watch

Absolutely no trouble on the installation. Was thankful they were able to take care of everything for me while I focused on other parts of the house, as they delivered on our closing date!

The installers were quick and efficient. Arrived when they said they would, set up the new dryer, attached the new vent hose, leveled the dryer, fired it up and that's all she wrote. Took the old dryer and vent hose with them, nice work guys.

Had to purchase extra products in order to get free delivery/installation, so it's not really free. Crew was communicative and professional, cleaned up after as well.
