Took a while to figure out the issue but the team was great

We had the same installers for alll of our appliances even though the appliances came in on different days. The installers are amazing and so helpful when I had questions.

Best Buy has an excellent Customer Service team. Because the power line was cut, the dryer did not work on the first delivery. They contacted me several time and even made a second delivery. I am very happy with the services I got from BB.

the delivery and installation was above all expectations and i have never had a better experience with a crew in delivery and installation. they actually cared about my products they delivered and took the time to make sure they did not damage anything.

Thomas and Trevor were very professional and did an excellent job with the delivery and installation. They were the type people Best Buy is lucky to have, and were outstanding in their advocacy of the store.

Installers found scratch on side of unit. Set up order for new dryer. Installed one week later. No cost, no problems. Very good service from sales staff, Jarrod Tipton and Richard Shinbaum. Pricing was best anywhere. Extremely pleased with everything.

Delivery guys did a great job. Arrived on time, and were in and out in no time. They were very careful not to bang doorways or walls during the installation, and haul d away my old dead dryer.

Jeremy & Luis were my delivery guys. I was so impressed by their work, professionalism and courteousness, I will purposely ask for them for my next install. No questions, no fuss, no mess, no unnecessary noise. They were in & out before I could finish washing dishes. :-)

Over many years, I have had numerous deliveries to my home. This one was definitely on top of the list. They were great. The man who did the work was outstanding. The other man was the helper, and he did his job well also. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Needed this for our new dryer. It was the most cost effective one available and it was easy to install. I would buy it again but I don't think I will need to.
