Can’t say enough good! At First appointment discovered I need to do some plumbing work before the install. Second appointment went so smoothly and fast. Great, clean and courteous work.

Guys did a good job, they had to work it to make certain the exhaust was hooked up tight but kept at it until they got everything working correctly. Pleased with their care, time and clean up.

The delivery men did a fantastic job setting it up and moving it to a spot that didn't interfere with the door opening and closing. They also took into account the vent placement and made sure I was happy with everything.

People at the store were awesome. We scheduled our washer and dryer for delivery and install. Ther crew that showed up barely spoke English aand did not demonstrate any functions of the new equipment. They were in such a hurry to get in and get out. I guess I was thinking this would be ther cool part of spending ther money, but was a little disappointed. Overall the experience was ok.

The tech who installed the dryer is excellent. He not only installed the dryer for us but he also installed the water line for the fridge. What a very handy guy!

Best Buy installers can get large appliances through small spaces. Angles and bumps are never a problem. These guys are unstoppable. They are also very professional with the set up and do not leave until they test out the appliance and you are smiling.

I highly recommend letting the professionals install your product. For the minimal cost (usually new hoses, cables or vent) you can get them to install. They do this many times a day. Pretty sure they know a bit more than your "Jack of All Trades" :)

The Best Buy delivery and installation was quick, clean and perfect. They were in and out of my house in 30 minutes taking my old appliance with them. They were exceptionally friendly and gave me a brief yet knowledgeable overview of my new machine.

The technicians who hooked my dryer up were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Also they completed the entire delivery and installation within 30 minutes. Cannot complain at all.

first I would say the bestbuy help center did a good job for the exchange process. But the installation is really bad expirence. 1. did not come ontime. (I can understand that, as they are busy) 2. when take out the old one, they did not care the water, spread it all over. 3. Reject or just foul your when you ask them to adjust the vent connection and balace the dryer. here is the detail, the installation guide shows the connection between dryer and vent shouldn't have too much turns, i told them, but they said they can do nothing. When I use it later, it shows check vent, then I have do it by myself by water youtube to cut the connection part, and make it work properly. The dryer isn't balaced, so i ask them to adjust it, they just simily adjust to make it work at that time, and left, when I try to open the dryer door, it no longer balace, after read the manul, they did not follow the installation guide again, they adjust it too much, and that part is become very loose, now as i do not have tools to adjust the other 3, i have to tight it to the required postion and put something under it to make it balace now. really a bad experience.
