Installers unaware that bracket for stackable dryer was included in box. Installation incomplete. returned several days later, installation completed in satisfactory manner.

They came, installed my machine where it needed to go. Had no problems whatsoever. Just what I paid for.

When they installed the dryer they never didn't level it. They just lowered the leg until it didn't wobble. I had to level it myself.

Installers were over booked and rushed. They were not familiar with dryer model. 1) They installed on wrong side and I had to reschedule to switch it. When they switched it they broke the “refresh door”. Had to call Geek squad to come and replace door. 2) They could not install the dryer vent that was sent with the dryer. Left the old one hanging half way on because it didn’t fit, so it vented into the laundry room. Husband installed correct one after they left.

The guys actually came early, It was raining that day and they were still quick to get everything done and working well. They ran a cycle to make sure everything was working and cleaned up all the boxes and such that the appliance were in. They were very nice.

Installed stacked with our washer purchase. The units are sturdy and use less floor space. The right choice for us.
