Definitely enjoyed having bb move and install the dryer versus having to wrangle it myself. Took two trips since they didn't bring the steam hose attachment with them.

The delivery team, although has trouble in finding my newly constructed home, did a good job in installation. The location for washer dryer is little challenging in my home, but they didn’t complain, completed the installation and gave a brief demo.

The second install team were outstanding. The first team sucked. Didn’t even tighten up the washer hoses and everything was all tangled up

Maybe you are able to install your own dryer but it's really worth the saved time and effort to allow the installation team to do their job. Super friendly and efficient, they make sure everything is put together and working correctly before they go.
