The installers were fine but pushed the dryer into the vent hose smashing it in.

This is a must. I am not equipped to install my own dryer.

Two man install team arrived early, worked efficiently and left area clean. HOWEVER, they pushed dryer too far back and the vent hose was folded and dryer would only function for five minutes and then shut off with heat/lint warning. When we investigated and analyzed issue had to call for another team to come and remedy - they did, installed new hose and all has been well.

Installation was quick and professional. Dryer works wonderfully and quietly.

I had terrible customer service after purchasing my washer and dry with Best Buy. I order my washer and dryer the 12 of Hanuary and it was delivered and installed the 22 Of January. Mind you I had just gave birth to my baby and had just moved same week. So I was already dealing with plenty… I called because after five or six washes and drys I notice my dryer wasn’t drying at all. I called to have Bet buy come check it out and when I tell you I was told over six or seven time I either had to reschedule, they went to wrong address, and or didn’t have proper equipment or man power to come i finally got an appointment. I promise you I will never order a major appliance I can’t receive in store. It was terrible. I will say I had the best customer service experience with the Geek squad member Brian! He was polite and respectful. He walked me through every step and made me feel safe with being alone with my child which is very important as a women.

LG Washer / Dryer Installation crew showed-up on time & were very professional & knowledgeable throughout the process. They worked efficiently to first remove my old washer / dryer & then install the new LG Washer / Dryer. I definitely appreciated that the installation crew were very careful not damage anything while moving both the old & new washer / dryers in & out of my apartment.

This dryer matches my new washer and they are a super efficient pair. The dryer works quickly and is very quiet. Could not ask for more. It is superior to old front loader.

. I really appreciate how quick and nice the the workers and service was. My basement had a weird layout and they were accommodating to everything.

The delivery crew was on time and called me when they were close. Installation was incredibly fast and the installer even put the dryer through a test cycle to make sure all was working properly.

The Geek Squad Installers were super professional, on time, polite & pleasant. They were highly skilled, and connected the Washer to the SideKick Washer & the Water inlet for Steam in the Dryer! No leaks. No scratches - they treated everything as though it was their own! I will definitely use Best Buy's Installation Gurus at the Geek Squad again!!

Amazing!! So professional and so fast!! Great tips on how to use the dryer -they hauled away the old one and it all took only 20 minutes!!!!!

Quick and easy, the man was really sweet who came in and did the service and everything has worked amazing since.

Same installer as for the washer. (See my review.) Installer did not properly secure the vent hose to the dryer. As a result, there was lint dust pouring out behind the dryer. Luckily we caught this when my husband was working on the water valves for the washer. The fix just involved securing and tightening the clamp on the vent hose to the dryer exhaust.

On time and friendly they did an excellent job clean up after themselves

The installers were professional but they arrived late. They said they were pretty backed up with other jobs. That was was understandable however it does throw other customers schedule off having to stand by extra hours waiting. Also I wish they had asked which way I wanted my washer and dryer doors installed because they installed them opening against each other which makes it a hassle transferring clothes from one machine to another. When I asked if they could flip them they claimed I would have to set up another appointment and it would likely be another fee unless I was a total tech member (which I am). They also mentioned how backed up they were in their other appointments so I just told them I’d call another time to schedule the door change or get my husband to do it because I didn’t want them to rush through it and do a poor job. Point being it would be nice if they ask customers how they want the doors installed.

Had a new washer/dryer LG set delivered and installed on a 2nd floor. Arrived on time, they were fast, neat and very professional.

Superior delivery and installation experience. Top notch pre-delivery communication and installation. Very respectful of property, did a great job with the installation and looks perfect. Superior job and very satisfied. I have other choices but always choose best buy b/c of the superior work ethic and customer service.
