Goo Gone?

I thought it might be a floor model. After over an hour getting passed around on the phone they delivered a second one with the exact same stuff, that the delivery person said they all come that way. Please reconsider making us buy goo gone on a $1000 purchase.

Well serviced

Best Buy replaced it with a new one. So all’s well that ends well. The guys doing the install where good and easy to work with.
