WE ordered the Electric dryer, however previously there was a gas dryer, so we had to disconnect the Gas connection and re-schedule the installation. They came in and it went were well. Thanks for the great service.

When they brought the dryer base, they also brought another dryer as well. My purchased dryer had already been in my house for nearly two months. I was just waiting on the base. The delivery man seemed disturbed and angry that he also had to install the base.

First time came in they couldn’t do it but when I called customer service they were really helpful and the lady name Is Natalie she was very professional and she has a great customer service.

The two fellows who delivered and installed our washer and dryer did an excellent job. They were quick and effecient, neat and clean. Explained things as they went along. Very careful of our wood floors.

The gentleman took the time to understand how I’d be washing and drying, suggested to switch the dryer door to the other side. It made sense because once clothes were done washing I could quickly put them in the dryer.
