The machine works great, a bit noisy, but very reasonable, and the delivery and install was quick and communicative. They arrived early but were patient while I returned from being out.

So much easier having Geek Squad remove the old dryer and install the new one. I don’t have to do any hauling of dryers down stairs then hauling the old one up.

How can i even explain how great it was to have reliability and good service people to come to my home and do such a great job of installing my new Dryer and Washer in my home!!

The dryer works well and is very quiet like all of the different settings and how it senses moisture and adjusts to make sure everything is dry, like the see thru door.

The delivery crew was on time and called me when they were close. Installation was incredibly fast and the installer even put the dryer through a test cycle to make sure all was working properly.

Very happy with my new LG Dryer. I also have the matching LG Washer. The dryer is doing a great job so far. No issues.

Bought this to replace my other dryer which was an older model of this one. It worked great until it died after 10 years. So it made sense to buy a newer model. The setting for sensing drying doesn’t work as well as older model. I sometimes have to add timed drying to get clothes completely dry. The pedestal I have from the old dryer doesn’t fit this one. Same dryer just newer model. You would think they would design it to work with the new model. I have to spend another $200+ for another pedestal. Very frustrating!

I want to thank the delivery guys who came to install out dryer. I was not on site, my son was there, but I was told they really worked hard to make sure the dryer was installed into a tight spot and especially made sure the hose behind the dryer was not kinked like the previous installation.

These men were pure gentlemen!!! Great customer service. They uninstalled the old set! Easy installation on the new set. They showed me what they did with each step. Helped me practice with the washing machine and dryer. Gave me great tips. They cleaned their area when they were done. Called ahead. Kudos to this delivery team. A+ Plus service all around!!!!

The installers used straps to bring in my dryer so as to not damage my tile floors. They had to switch the washer and dryer as the door for the dryer would hit the door. They hooked up the water hose for steam and the dryer vent. They tested using a custom cycle to make sure everything was working. They removed the old dryer. I would recommend these gentleman to do your install.

These guys were very careful, very fast, courteous, and thorough. They notified me before they showed up, and demonstrated my equipment before leaving.

Excellent. They explained to me why my old dryer situation was so dangerous (it came with the place). The importance of a proper exhaust pipe and distance from the wall to prevent fires. We had to leave the other sliding door off of the closet to ensure there was enough space. Great service and happy I spent a little extra to have it done correctly.

Like the large capacity dryer and does a good job for my needs.
