This was awesome and they did a great job. After discoveri.g that it didnt work they came back out and we were able to narrow the problem down to the circuit braker then I was able to fix that and everything worked perfectly.

Professionally installed by the team of Grosny and Jose. I was impressed by the manner in which they installed and stacked this dryer with the washer. There seemed to be no wasted movement in them stacking the appliance. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I was educated on how to use the dryer and advised on where to find more info about the washer/dryer set. This was an excellent job.

The two gentlemen that showed up to install the new washer and dryer that my wife purchased earlier in the week, arrived on time, were professional and very courteous. They quickly removed the old units and installed the new ones. They tested each unit and then explained, what was done and demonstrated how each unit worked. While they did remove the old units, there was an extra service charge (paid at time of purchase). This was worth it because it saved me time and energy; I didn’t have to figure out how best to discard the old units. While I could have installed each unit myself, I couldn’t have done it as quickly as the Best Buy team did. Overall, very pleased. I highly recommend...

The delivery and installation was very smooth. The guys were prompt, careful, and friendly. They put the equipment where I wanted, hooked everything up and turned it on for a cycle to make sure it was all in working condition. Would highly recommend!

Installers arrived an hour past the latest install time. The dryer door was set to open to the right. Since the left side of the dryer was against a wall it would mean reaching over the door to get the laundry out. I had to pay an additional $50 to get the door switched. The haul away of the old dryer was done quickly and the dryer was checked to make sure it was getting warm and no exhaust problem.

Outstanding! This was one of the fastest installations I've had for a washer/dryer. The installers were on time and quickly began work. They explained how the machines worked and the machines are still working. They cleaned up before they left and were very pleasant and professional.

Costs a bit more, but worth it. You dont habe to figure out which electric cord to use amd venting is installed too.

Delivered both my washer and dryer at the same time. The only thing that kind of sucked is that the washer was dented on the side (huge dent), The knob on the front was pushed in, and the detergent drawer was not right. I didn't even notice right away but they did before bringing it in and then told me, called BB and then replacement was set up. They hooked them up anyway after asking if it was okay until the replacement comes and then they switch it out. Because I needed them right away I said yes. When they switched it out they were awesome.

The installation staff was amazing. Very gentle with the product, quick installation and very effecient. Great teamwork and service.

Had no complaints until the very end. Unit was installed correctly and has worked perfectly since install. Every care was taken to insure neither the unit nor my property was damaged during install. However, upon leaving I noticed TONS of styrofoam pieces all over my driveway. I appreciated that they unwrapped they unit in the truck, but didn’t appreciate having to haul out my shop vac to clean up after them. Not very professional.

Install was great, the guys did a good job and were nice and professional. Dryer had a sensor issue and they came and swapped it out no questions asked. I will pay for appliance installation from now on, cost is affordable and setup is too easy from my end.

The cre was on-time, quick, and professional, what more could you want. The machine arrived with a dent, and post-sale customer service was not as good, slow response, cheap on the outtake, and promised a lot but did not deliver, the machine was installed anyway, the dent didn’t show, and the machine seems to work fine.

Convenient and courteous. Always a pleasure to deal with.

The machine works great, a bit noisy, but very reasonable, and the delivery and install was quick and communicative. They arrived early but were patient while I returned from being out.

I like the dryer. My only disappointment is that I asked the installer to change the direction the dryer door opens. I was informed i can call to make another appointment for that procedure. I called then number given 3 times and each time I was informed by an automated clerk, that my waiting time online would be 2-3 hours with no option to speak to real person or be given a call back. My time is too valuable to sit two to three hours waiting on a clerk.
