New LG Dryer

failed to balance

Installer tested the operation of machine and it worked. Left for us to get plumber to install new water connection to which we agreed. After it was fixed, discovered the door closed spontaneously. Asked BB for delivery to check out door. Did not show up. Asked a month later, said needed to contact manufacturer because no Geek Squad service plan. But I then diagnosed the problem was that the dryer had not been balanced.

Used parts as needed, didn’t charge for what wasn’t. Walked us through the features and took the time to give a few tips unique to the product. Well done.

hard to rate

As far as the installation itself, the men doing the work correctly hooked it up, no problem. In terms of getting the installation set up - nightmare...but watching their COVID measures was good for some amusement - umm, pretty sure for a respiratory virus a mask might be more effective than gloves...

They were prompt and polite.
