The gentlemen whom installed the laundry set were fantastic

The guys who delivered my dryer were very professional and friendly! They were very knowledgeable and explained how to use the dryer. They were very efficient and organized!

The men were great. They were well trained, knowledgeable, careful, helpful and friendly. They can come back to my hose any time.

Installation was done at home by people who delivered the dryer. They were very kind and made sure the machine was working properly before leaving. Customer service was excellent.

Easy installation, they needed a different plug and they had the right one on the truck so that made it easy for all involved. They took away the old dryer with ease.

The installed my dryer pretty efficiently. They showed me a tiny scratch that they had caused to my new dryer and offered to replace for free or get a discount. They showed me the basics of how to work it and seemed fair the whole time.

Just as any installation BB does, it’s best to have them install it. If something goes wrong then they’ll fix the issue and I don’t have to deal with dragging the item back to BB myself.

I can't say enough about the Best buy installation team. They worked in very tight quarters and these professionals handled every thing with ease. They were clean, on time, knowledgeable, and even showed me how to use my New equipment.

The electric dryer installation was very good ,the specialist give good service.

The connection came loose, but they are coming out on Tuesday to tighten it and make it right!

The two men who installed our dryer did an excellent job. My only reservation is that they didn't shorten the flexible vent. It's a good deal longer than necessary.

Best choice to have the technician come and install I would have been lost trying to connect my self. it’s worth the money for them to come

Installation was quick and efficient except they did not install the strain relief which came with the power cord and was mentioned in the installation manual. Called Best Buy and they scheduled another team to fix. They came and made a quick fix. This would have been a five if I didn't need to service calls

These gentlemen came into my home and made me feel like we were friends. They even picked up on my two year old sons name and addressed him by it. I wish I would've had cash on me so I could have bought them lunch. Great couple of guys!

The guys that came to deliver and set up my washer and dryer were awesome. They gave me additional tips on how to maintain them and also what to do if I ever move and want to take the machines with me so I don't mess them up on the road.
