The installers were on time and were very efficient. It took them a short time to install the dryer. They showed us how to work the dryer and the explained the different options. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

This was like an extra it really helped given that I had the stands that came with the wash machine and they set them up. Smooth process as long as the areas clear no problems

The dryer installation was done quickly and efficiently and the gentlemen who performed this were polite and easy to work with.

The installation team was expert, efficient and helpful, everything was addressed and questions answered, they were extremely knowledgeable on all levels.

They would not install the dryer because it was hardwired. They said they would come back once we got an electrician over. I just turned off the breaker and did it myself. There was a dent in my dryer as well.

Same guys that installed our new washer installed the new dryer. Plugged it into the 220v outlet, attached the vent piping to the back and was good to go. Worth a few bucks to have them haul it into the laundry room instead of me.

The delivery driver Hector was rude. Refused to install my new W/D because he had to move the old ones 10 feet into the garage which I was told by Nic at the store when I purchased the W/D that the old units could be moved into the garage. Nic stated there was olno extra charge. Hector stood in my house and called multiple people at I'm assuming was Best Buy because he didn't want to move the old W/D. Even after being told to do it by one agent, Hector refused and called until he got Marisol on the line who told him to leave my W/D in my garage and they will reschedule to have it installed. Marisol then called me on my cell to sass me and tell me Hector doesn't have to do anything he doesn't want to. I asked Hector to leave my house and take the W/D back with them to Best Buy, I did not want it. I did not want any trouble, so please just leave. Hector refused and continued to stay in my house arguing with me. Then all the sudden, like 15 minutes later, with me asking him over and over to leave and Marisol in my ear being so rude, Hector decided to drag my old washer and dryer into the garage. I told Marisol and she said "Hector is doing that out of the kindness of his heart. Because he doesn't have to do that". Really? Hector also hastily put the new W/D in place and left. Used washer that evening when I got home and it leaked water all over my laundry room. After calling that so called customer service line, it was deemed I need a new washer. So this delivery person, Hector, also caused Best Buy to have a loss of inventory.

Our installers showed up exactly when they said they would. They meet our expectations with the installation and removal of the old product. They explained all the settings and functions as well as answered all questions before leaving.

The employees were very nice and installed our replacement dryer with no problems. They were very courteous and helpful.

The delivery and hook up of the dryer was seamless. The charge to install the dryer was very minimal and the employees did a great job of doing it quickly and doing a great job.
