    When speaking to LG on phone, informed that this dryer must be hooked up using rigid or semi rigid vent material or dryer could send error codes or not dry clothes properly.

    The guys did a great job. They informed me of the concern about the semi rigid vent and how it would cause the dryer to sit further away from the wall. I had a flexible duct they were willing to install and did so quickly.

    Installers were on time and worked hard to make sure the pedestals and the dryer were installed correctly. My house is old and not level. They made sure to level everything.
