Great machine

Best Buy took care of it and brought the stainless steel hose, installed it and were great, at no extra cost. Love those Best Buy guys!

Terrible install

When installing the washer and dryer, they unhooked the previous washer, the spigot to the previous washer was left on and leaked all over the garage. The washer was installed on the right and the dryer on the left, the doors open and hit each other. The washer and dryer were not leveled correctly so they prematurely shut off because they move too much during the cycle. Absolutely terrible service.
