Had to explain service call to tech

I said wait, you’re supposed to install it, he argued said you must have sign up online, the local store doesn’t do this- I said you are Best But right. Finally he did his job begrudgingly

Great Service

They were honest and took some installation parts back and gave me credit because they said I didn't need to replace an existing vent.
