I was very pleased at how easy it was to schedule. Installation was fast and efficient, they tested everything before leaving.

I only give them 4 stars for my dryer installation because they didn't ask which side I wanted my dryer door to open. I should have thought to tell them, but didn't think about it until I dried my first load of clothes so now I have to bend over the door to load clothes from my washer to my dryer.

Did a decent job, but didn’t connect the electrical cord and the supporting bracket correctly.

We had to call Best Buy again to have have the Dryer reinstalled as it was not installed properly the first time. But it was super easy to schedule and this time around was done properly so happy with the service

The workers were quick and efficient! Friendly and got it going. Worth the fee of having to do it yourself.

I really like my dryer, but the installation process was painful. The guys that brought it just left it on the back deck and left. I finally got it installed by some nice guys, but they didn't have to use the kits. I'm waiting to have the credit show on my statement. My rating on service, professionalism, and expertise is one star for the first guys that came out, and rating for the second guys is 5 stars.

The dryer is great, but this review is for "installation". The door was facing the wrong way and couldn't open in the laundry area. The installation gentlemen informed me they couldn't fix that, I would have to schedule another appointment and it would probably have a $100 cost. 'tI didnt have a week or two to wait for a new appoinment, so I watched the youtube video on changing a dryer door and did it myself. not a good installation service when I have to do it

They 2 guys that came and installed the washer and dryer were quick and efficient. They knew what they were doing and were careful bringing them upstairs.

I want to thank the delivery guys who came to install out dryer. I was not on site, my son was there, but I was told they really worked hard to make sure the dryer was installed into a tight spot and especially made sure the hose behind the dryer was not kinked like the previous installation.

The service men that did our delivery and install were excellent.

The install technician actually arrived ahead ahead of schedule! They advised us that this appliance is one of the top performing models currently on the market, which was reassuring. They also took the tine to verify the vent was not occluded, and after the installation was complete, performed a quick "functional test" to be sure all would work as expected. I would recommend this service again.

The deliverers installed our dryer about 3 weeks ago. They did an excellent job and saved us from having to do the work ourselves. The job was done very quickly and correctly.

The two men that installed my dryer did a great job. They removed the old dryer and installed the new dryer with no problems and it only took them a few minutes to do this.

The crew that installed the washer and dryer were top notch. They moved with a purpose, disposed of the old washer and dryer and installed the new ones. They suggested repositioning the washer and dryer to allow for better and more efficient movement between the machines. They explained the basic functions of each machine and physically showed us how to operate them. All-in-all, it may have been the best installation we've experienced. I would highly recommend this crew. Thanks guys.

Could not be any more pleased with installation of dryer. Associates worked quick and efficiently, communicated effectively, very professional. Their goal was to make sure customer is pleased.
