the install was good no issues, but these guys did not install the stream function. looks like that is new for dryer and they keep missing it.

Team of Best Buy knows exactly what they’re doing, they are helpful and efficient also they are kind with costumers. No complaints at all.

This is a long story and the only way to tell it was with this review. The communications between the retail point of sale, the Geek Squad, the contracted installers, and the customer were horrible. * I originally ordered a gas dryer to be side vented. * On delivery I was informed that the venting was not possible due to the intake valve in the dryer * So, I sent it back * To avoid this issue again, I ordered an electric dryer to be side vented * I installed a 220 line for $1000 to power the electric dryer * I called customer service to emphasize the side vent requirements * The electric dryer was then delivered BUT * The contractors were not authorized to touch the gas line - they left * I then got a plumber to detach and cap the gas line - this was $200 * Then the next contracted installers showed up to install the side vented dryer * They were a “standard” install team and could not do a side venting * When speaking to their supervisor, I was told that I needed an “complex” team for a side vent * The standard team was about to leave and I was about to schedule ANOTHER installer when one of the installers had a clever idea to reroute the vent to the side - it worked * His name was Gerrison he is the ONLY reason that this install was given one star *Gerrison was 5 stars and averaged with all of the other mishaps the overall rating was 0.1 and I rounded up to one star * Communications were horrible * I had to put out an extra $1200 to get a dryer installed * If you ever have to have an install done, put all of your communications in writing and repeat them at every step - you can not rely on the Best Buy or the Geek Squad to make it happen ! * Ooph !!!

Unless you truly desire to break your back and install this yourself, this is worth every penny. Plus many of these units now a days require bolt removal to operate properly, which I would have not known.

The installers were awesome. I usually go with local stores because I trust the installers more. But these guys exceeded all expectations. Quick polite careful.

Love the wrinkle aware portion of the timed drying. Our clothes do not come out wrinkled, can do the Freddy Fluff Dry thing. Just hang em up when done.

A team of two men arrived early! (And, yes, they did call to tell me they would be early!) They clearly knew their stuff. They replaced an old washer and dryer with a new pair as efficiently as could be expected.

The technicians did a good job, installed the dryer quickly and it works great.

The delivery team hooked up my dryer without a problem but the vent hose was too long and when I asked them to shorten it, they would not . They said it was hooked up correctly. Also, I wanted to dryer door to open in the other direction and they said I had to make a separate appointment for that.

Best Buy team was great but they couldn’t do everything needed to hook up equipment in our house. Had to do some things ourselves.

Samsung dryer has been good so far. Only this on this dryer is it does not have a light in it.

Happy with purchase so far. Time will tell. Haven't used all the features yet.

Pretty good job installing washer/dryer. However they scratched the dryer.

You need to buy these along with the Fridge/washer dryer, so there isn't much to know about it. But overall there are no issues seen so far
