I am not one to feel good about giving a bad review. But when necessary I will. To that my install date kept getting rescheduled and often later in the day when I have already taken time off and half my day wasted. After a lot of phone calls and promises we finally got our product we waited a month for. The installers were nice and polite. One was new and being trained but likely over eager as he seemed to be moving ahead of where he should be. I wasn't present to see what happened but it's like my pedestal was damaged in the installation process. They were installing the washer at the same time and it appears that a hose was installed backwards and I need to replace because it has a gasket that is damaged and now leaking. When I contacted Best Buy about the process as I was prompted so I could get some compensation for all of the effort I had to put in, I explained to them the possible damage to my pedestals which were unboxed there by the installers, as well as the issue with the hose I had to purchase from them. Their "compensation" barely covers the cost of the damaged hoses and does nothing for the hours I spent with customer service and days I spent waiting for something to show up only to have the appointment cancelled at the time they should be arriving. (My review for the washer install is gonna be similar) The installation staff being young did their best. I feel they and I were let down by Best Buy over all.

Delivery was easy they took my old ones they were a replacement from insurance.

Didn't take the installers long to set up. They had it fully operational in under 15 minutes. Thanks Best Buy!

The installers used straps to bring in my dryer so as to not damage my tile floors. They had to switch the washer and dryer as the door for the dryer would hit the door. They hooked up the water hose for steam and the dryer vent. They tested using a custom cycle to make sure everything was working. They removed the old dryer. I would recommend these gentleman to do your install.

Good to have dryer installed by professionals. They were quick and professional. Liability is with them if something goes wrong, but it did not.

I had left instructions for them to bring my dryer in through my sunroom. I did not even know they had arrived, but I heard talking in my sunroom and when I came out, they already had my old dryer removed and the new one almost installed. Installation was fast and everything done cleanly.

The was a reinstallation service as I moved. The techs had a bit of difficulty as the my product didn’t match the connection. But they were able to fix the problem right there and I haven’t had a problem since. 10 stars

These men were pure gentlemen!!! Great customer service. They uninstalled the old set! Easy installation on the new set. They showed me what they did with each step. Helped me practice with the washing machine and dryer. Gave me great tips. They cleaned their area when they were done. Called ahead. Kudos to this delivery team. A+ Plus service all around!!!!

I love my dryer. The only issue i had was my fault. Make sure you measure correctly. The front of the dryer is a slightly curved and the doornhandle is not flush. This made it not fit in the laundry room. No biggie. It still works great.

The dryer works well and is very quiet like all of the different settings and how it senses moisture and adjusts to make sure everything is dry, like the see thru door.

I was kept informed by text, what time the technicians would arrive. They showed up on time and installed the electric dryer quickly and efficiently. After the installation they tested the dryer to make sure it was working properly. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Thank you Best Buy for excellent service.
