Very pleased with delivery and install

Installed did not ensure dryer plugged in right

Dryer did not heat! Had an LG serviceman come to check it out. The solution was to make sure the electrical plus was seated correctly. After that it works fine.

Dryer not installed with dryer vent I paid for.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tech who came to install the washer & dryer was not able to install the dryer with the dryer vent that I paid for, because he said there was not enough room behind the dryer, because our laundry room was too small, Hopefully I can get a refund or credit for the dryer vent I paid for, that was not used and taken back by the tech.
