The delivery team arrived within the delivery window as noted and they moved my new washer and dryer into place without any problems. My issue is that I purchased the full install and the team didn't install the dryer duct kit (they re-used my old, worn out duct instead), or the water steam connection to my dryer. All of the necessary parts should have been included with my purchase, but I wasn't left with any leftover parts after they left, so now I have to go out and purchase the Y cold water adapter, and another water hose and and install myself. Also, I found the tool to level both washer/dryer located at the end of my driveway on the ground (not a big deal, but perhaps something that should have been given to me?). I should have specifically brought up the steam mode on the dryer and asked if they connected that and not just assume they knew what they were doing.

I bought a dryer from Best Buy and the salesman didn't inform me of the "Florida code change" for the vent hose. To make matters worse, after I had the dryer installed, they said that they didn't carry compatible hoses. I had to use a code compliant hose after attempting to find a proper hose. Now my dryer doesn't fit in my laundry room well. Like the dryer but, not how it fits.

Installation team was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They were conscientious and made the installation quick, without issues.

They give you a 4 hour window. Most likely they come later in the day based on how many loads they are carrying through the day. Takes them 5 to 10 min, Quick install, In and out. Good service.

Installation guys arrived early. They had my new dryer installed and hauled the old one away in a mattter of 30 minutes. Was nice not to have to waste an entire day waiting on delivery service.

The installers arrived about when they said, and communicated well when they'd arrive. The install was fast and the guys hauled away my old clunker. I'm pleased with the install.

The person seemed knowledgeable but the connection they brought were limited. I had to order my own stuff and complete installation
