Electric dryer installation was easy no issues at all

The Best Man installers were great. They installed my electric dryer with no problem and very polite.

The installation was done early and by individuals whom knew what they were doing. They asked questions as well as answered any I had. They also gave me the run down of what I would need to know !

Said they weren't allowed to trim the dryer vent pipe shorter (the one I paid 30 dollars for) and therefore my dryer would be out in the middle of the floor. Found an old dryer vent in my garage so they used that instead but apparently didn't trim that either so had to cut and fix it later myself as it was a hazzard. Best Buy refuses to refund the 30 dollar vent pipe even though it was not left and the installation guys took it with them. Frustrating to pay for something you didn't want in the first place but were required to buy, then isn't used and you use your own part and are still required to pay for it. Guys were nice though.

Service Techs were friendly, courteous, and very professional. Answered all my questions clearly, and gave several pointers on what to expect.

The installer told me my 6' hose was not long enough to hook up to my dryer for steam. I returned the hose, bought an 8' hose, went to hook it up to find that the 6' would have worked perfectly, the coupling is on the left side of the dryer and the installer told me it was on the right side. Next time I look. I wonder if the installer wanted to hook it up, seems to me he didn't.

Delivery and installation went seamlessly. These guys were good at their job. They are welcome to my home for every best-buy purchase.

The 2 guys that installed our dryer were excellent. Very patient, explained each step, careful with removing existing dryer and placing new dryer.

Took me a minute to figure out what settings get my things dry on the first cycle but once I did that everything is great.

Very nice dryer....even comes with a steam feature (did not ask for it; it just came with it).
